THE GENDER RECOGNITION ACT 2004 and s.22 Privacy

1. Is there a time limit within which to bring a prosecution to the Magistrates, under s.22 of the GRA 2004 ?

 

2. My solicitor has disclosed that I am transsexual to the other party in a dispute. I have a Gender Recognition Certificate, can I do anything to stop them doing it again ?
